JUICE Vs. BLEND

We had is an interesting article about famine in the comments that it's really two kinds of hunger. One is, of course, because of too little or no food is caused. But there is another kind of hunger due to severe malnutrition, and even if the U.S. is the fattest nation on this planet, our bodies with essential nutrients and enzymes are robbed. This is in part why we are so great because we eat and keep eating, but we eat highly processed, cooked foods burn them as main components. Cooking removes up to 80% of food are important amino acids, fiber and vitamins.

This is one reason why the transition to a raw food diet made such a compelling logic. If you start eating raw food, you are suddenly all the power of life that nature intended for you. This is the way our body is in harmony with the planet eat.
We suddenly vibrant, healthy animals that we should be.

But we are still living in the modern world with all its burdens and time constraints. This is one reason why you get all the food as a weapon is a good idea. You can still get all the fiber you need without taking the time to cut, peel, or cut food. raw food a little time to chew and swallow, and it's a good thing. But if you do not have time for that, then you should consider juice for at least a portion of your intake of raw foods.

You do not need to invest in a good juicer though, and it differs from a mixer. A mixer may not hanging fruit peels fruit or vegetables, vitamins and enzymes. A mixer is a device, more concerned with everything - stems and seeds, peel and pulp. It is fast and efficient. They can be expensive, but there are many more options today than the concept has gained popularity.
